sanding it.
It is also very important to consider what color your old wallpaper has. If it
is light in color, you can paint on your wallpaper immediately. However, if you
have dark colored wallpaper, you first need to apply a sealer. This will keep
the wallpaper color from getting visible through the paint.

for painting by taping windows, putting some old newspapers on the floor to
