We have used Justino Contracting exclusively since 2002, when they rebuilt my screened porch when we lived in Mount Vernon. We decided to move in 2006, and Justino painted the inside and outside of the house and refinished the floors prior to putting the house on the market. Once we moved, they have since painted most the interior of our new house and taken care of numerous small items as they have come up; once in the new house, the doors were not closing adequately, so they replaced door knobs on 27 doors and ensured that the doors operated well. I have been through many contractors in my 20years as a property owner and landlord, and I would not use anyone else except Justino. They are responsive, they come when they say they will, and they always finish the job in a timely manner. They work clean and no debris is left at the worksite.
