"Right from the start, we knew we chose the right people. The salesman who gave our options did not pressure us into anything we did not want. He calmly explained eye to eye everything; the different units, the different options, even the different temperature controls! (We chose the easy one) No high pitch sales. We like that! He also let us choose the unit we wanted! He did not talk us into the highest priced units. The crew who came out to hook it all up was great. Very friendly and very clean. They picked up all the left over materials they used. Left our yard nice and tidy.
