"Both Marcos and Wesley were great. The quality of the work is outstanding. When we had to move the project back a day they didn't hesitate to work through the weekend to complete it. Once we realized the satin (our mistake, not theirs) did not provide the shine we were looking for, they both volunteered to come back the next day! They moved the furniture again, prepared the surface and applied semi-gloss. Talk about customer service. Wow. I would never use anyone but BR Hardwood Floors."
