"It has been a pleasure working with you again. You and your crew did an excellent job on the three phases of this recent project.

Remodeled the kitchen to a very beautiful new upgrade kitchen and restored the wood floors in the kitchen and hallway. Painted the entire family room, hall and laundry area; laid new treads and painted the steps; installed industrial type carpet, new moldings in that area. Replaced new pedestal sink with chrome faucet, new commode and painted the half bath. On the outside: installed one basement entrance steel door; two security wrought iron storm doors with handles and locks; replaced and installed new rubber roofing on the rear cupola extension; replaced the existed concrete area at the rear of the home; replaced old wood on left and right side of garage with plywood, cap, trim around garage door with white aluminum.

Most of all, the debris was removed in a timely manner, which completed the work. The understanding you brought, when there was a problem, the patience, and the scheduling was done with the highest professionalism.
