Director of Marketing & Partnerships

Footbridge Media is hiring a Director of Marketing & Partnerships to lead growth for our core B2B marketing program and help define how our brand shows up across the contractor and home service industry.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic marketer who also loves execution. You will own the strategy and systems behind brand growth, partnership development, sales support, and content marketing, all with the goal of increasing awareness, strengthening credibility, and creating consistent demand.

We are looking for a proven leader with experience marketing professional service businesses at scale, ideally in a high-growth agency, SaaS, or vendor-side environment. The right candidate is equal parts strategist, builder, and communicator: someone who can develop the plan, guide the message, create momentum across teams, and represent Footbridge Media externally through events, partnerships, and industry relationships.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Footbridge Media's market position while building repeatable marketing and partnership systems that support long- term growth.

Position Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Director-level or senior manager leading cross-functional initiatives).
  • Proven success building and scaling marketing programs for professional services, agencies, SaaS, or vendor-side businesses.
  • Strong experience in demand generation, brand marketing, content strategy, and sales enablement.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating marketing systems that produce measurable business outcomes, including lead flow, pipeline influence, and revenue growth.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, referral relationships, co-marketing initiatives, or channel programs.
  • Preferred experience marketing to contractors, home service businesses, or SMB service industries.

Strategic Leadership

  • Ability to build and lead a clear B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Strong understanding of how to balance brand-building and demand generation in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience creating annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaign calendars, and KPI dashboards.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact, resources, and speed of execution.
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and adjusting quickly based on results.

Content, Messaging & Brand

  • Strong command of positioning, messaging, and storytelling for B2B audiences.
  • Experience leading the development of high-quality marketing content across formats, including:
    • Website copy
    • Sales collateral
    • Email campaigns
    • Social content
    • Case studies
    • Video scripts
    • Webinar/event promotions
    • Partner marketing assets
  • Ability to maintain brand voice and message consistency across channels and teams.
  • Skilled at translating complex service offerings into clear, compelling, benefit-driven messaging.

Partnerships & External Representation

  • Proven ability to identify, build, and grow strategic partnerships that drive awareness and qualified opportunities.
  • Experience representing a company in public-facing settings such as:
    • Industry events
    • Webinars
    • Podcasts
    • Partner meetings
    • Sales presentations
  • Strong relationship-building skills with partners, clients, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable acting as a brand ambassador and thought leader in the market.

Sales Process & Revenue Alignment

  • Experience working closely with sales teams to improve conversion performance through stronger messaging, sales tools, and follow-up systems.
  • Understanding of the full B2B buyer journey, from awareness to close.
  • Ability to build or improve marketing support for the sales process, including:
    • Lead nurturing
    • Sales enablement materials
    • Objection-handling content
    • Follow-up campaigns
    • Conversion-focused landing pages
  • Strong alignment mindset with leadership, sales, and operations.

Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Hands-on operator who can both lead strategy and execute when needed.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social, paid media, events, and partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Experience building repeatable processes and workflows for content production, campaign launches, and partner activation.
  • Ability to use data to evaluate performance and improve marketing effectiveness over time.

Analytics & Tools

  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and funnel metrics (traffic, leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, ROI).
  • Comfort with campaign reporting, attribution discussions, and performance reviews.
  • Ability to turn data into decisions, not just reports.

Leadership & Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across teams without relying only on authority.
  • Experience leading internal meetings, presenting strategy, and communicating priorities clearly.

  • Salary Range: $90,000K-$125,000K per year
